4. Termination of Client Relationship: FetchCreates reserves the right to terminate a client relationship at our discretion, in which case a pro-rated refund will be issued for any remaining unused portion of the service.
5. Standards Alignment: FetchCreates reserves the right to cancel a task or relationship if the project's standards do not meet our core values and alignment with our personal beliefs. This is not a judgment but a commitment to providing our best work while upholding our principles.
6. Monthly Marketing Subscription: FetchCreates reserves the right to add to or suspend the client's Monthly Marketing Subscription based on changes in the scope of work or other considerations. Any adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon with the client.
7. Task-At-A-Time Framework: Our monthly plans and unlimited subscriptions follow a "Task-At-A-Time" framework. This means that tasks will be completed one at a time, with priority given to each task before moving on to the next. This approach ensures dedicated attention and focus on each specific task.
8. Payment and Billing: All payments are required in advance of the month of service. Monthly plans will commence once payment is received or proof of payment is provided. FetchCreates operates on a consultancy-first and services-second mentality, with the primary fee covering the consultancy aspect. Prorated or flexible pricing will consider the consultancy as the primary service.
9. Confidentiality: FetchCreates treats every client's information as confidential and operates under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) mindset. We do not promote clients' work on our own platforms, share client lists as a means of advertisement, or publish designs or content without client approval.
10. Protection of Information: FetchCreates will protect all proprietary information, accounts, passwords, financial data, client lists, emails, and other sensitive information. We will not share or disclose this information to third parties without your explicit consent.
11. Non-Compete: As a general rule, FetchCreates will not serve competing clients in the same industry simultaneously. We strive to avoid conflicts of interest and competition between clients to ensure fairness and ethical practices.
12. Other Legal Terms: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FetchCreates is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By offering payment for goods or services from FetchCreates.com and engaging with the FetchCreates team, you (the client) acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service agreement.
